1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or playing games on loopedin.games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to everyone who visits the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a child you are responsible for, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Who We Are

loopedin.games is operated by LoopedInGames ("we", "us", "our"), an independent game studio based in Kraków, Poland. We host free HTML5 browser games — including Donkey Run, Asteroids Destroyer, and our hidden Game Loop challenge — we offer the paid Ship With AI course, and we promote our Steam game, Void Balls. 3. Using the Site

Our games are free to play, with no account or login required. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games on loopedin.games for your own enjoyment. This licence does not give you ownership of anything; all rights we do not expressly grant are reserved (see Section 5). Our optional paid course has its own additional terms (see Section 9).

4. Acceptable Use

We want loopedin.games to stay a friendly, safe place to play. When using the site, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, macros, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate scores.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, hotlink, or systematically download the site, its games, or its assets.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of our games or framework.
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or embed our games on another site without our written permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site, its servers, or its security.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms us or other players.

We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The games, code, framework, artwork, audio, text, logos, and the "LoopedInGames" and "Void Balls" names and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Playing our games does not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not use our names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The site links out to third-party platforms such as Steam, itch.io, YouTube, and voidballs.game. These are operated by other companies, and we do not control them. We provide these links for your convenience, and including a link does not mean we endorse the linked site. Once you leave loopedin.games, the terms and policies of the destination site apply, not ours. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Sponsors & Advertising

The site may display tasteful, clearly-labelled sponsor placements. We keep advertising kid-safe: no pop-ups, no behavioral ad targeting, and no profiling. Sponsor content is provided by third parties, and a sponsorship does not mean we endorse that sponsor's products or services. Any dealings you have with a sponsor, including following a sponsor link, are solely between you and that sponsor.

8. Your High Scores

Your high scores, streaks, and game settings are saved locally in your own browser and are never sent to our servers. Because this data lives on your device, it may be lost if you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use a different device. We are not responsible for any lost scores or progress.

9. Paid Course & Purchases (Ship With AI)

In addition to the free games, we offer the Ship With AI course, a one-time digital purchase (US$59). The following terms apply to that purchase:

• Merchant of Record. The course is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, and the calculation and collection of any VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms at checkout.
• License key. After payment, Lemon Squeezy issues you a personal license key. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the course content for your own learning. The license key is personal to you — please do not share, resell, or transfer it.
• Personal use. The course content (the written lessons, code, live demos, and downloadable PDF) is for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may use what you learn freely, but you may not redistribute, republish, or resell the course materials themselves.
• Refunds. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refunds are requested and processed through Lemon Squeezy under their refund policy. If you have a problem, email loopedingames@gmail.com and we will help you sort it out. Nothing here removes any non-waivable refund or withdrawal right you have as a consumer under applicable law (including EU/Polish consumer law).
• Access. The course is delivered in your browser; your license and lesson progress are stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). We aim to keep the course available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The course may be shown as "coming soon" before launch. Pricing and availability may change, but any change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

loopedin.games, its games, and the Ship With AI course are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The course is educational material offered in good faith; we do not promise any particular result, income, or outcome from taking it. We do not guarantee that the site or course will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that they will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. None of this limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopedInGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, scores, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, its games, or the course. For the free parts of the site, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero. For the paid Ship With AI course, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the course is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Polish law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Children

loopedin.games is designed to be friendly for everyone, including younger players. We do not require or knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising your child's use of the site. For more detail, see the Children's Privacy section of our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of loopedin.games after a change means you accept the updated Terms, so we encourage you to check back occasionally.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, the site, and the Ship With AI course are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the site, or the course will be subject to the courts of Kraków, Poland, unless applicable mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer law of the country where you live.
